# Nexus Shell pricing

A root-level mirror of the canonical pricing document at
[`/.well-known/agent-skills/pricing.md`](https://nexusshell.app/.well-known/agent-skills/pricing.md).
We publish this at `/pricing.md` because some AI agents look at root
conventions (the same convention bucket as `/llms.txt`, `/robots.txt`,
`/AGENTS.md`) before walking `.well-known`.

If the two files ever diverge, the agent-skills copy is authoritative.

Two tiers, one optional 7-day trial.

## Free

- **Price: $0** — perpetually free.
- Licensed for **personal, non-commercial use** only.
- Includes **connection management and the multi-tab SSH terminal**.
  That is the whole free tier — the feature areas listed under Pro below
  are not available on Free.

## Pro — one-time lifetime purchase

- **Price: $12.88 USD** (one-time; no subscription, no auto-renewal).
  Regular price $18.99; $12.88 is the launch price.
- The Pro entitlement **does not expire**.
- All future feature updates are delivered to existing Pro users at no
  additional cost.
- Permitted for personal **and** commercial use.

Pro unlocks seven feature areas, all gated server-side:

| SFTP / file manager | Dual-pane transfers, task panel, remote editing in a local editor. |
| SSH key manager | Generate/import Ed25519 & RSA, per-host assignment, password→key migration. |
| Docker containers | Remote container list, start/stop/restart, logs, env, mounts. |
| Server monitor | Live CPU / memory / network / load / swap / process dashboards. |
| Session logs | Record, replay at any speed, full-text search. Local-only, encrypted. |
| Network monitor | Scheduled bandwidth / loss / jitter / latency sampling, path diagnosis, SSH brute-force monitoring. |

Agent Bridge (the MCP server — see
<https://nexusshell.app/.well-known/agent-skills/agent-bridge.md>) is a
separate feature and is not part of this entitlement list.

## 7-day free trial

- Available to newly registered accounts.
- Granted **once per email address and once per device** — anti-abuse
  rules may withhold the trial when a duplicate-device signal is found.
- At trial end the account auto-downgrades to Free; nothing is charged.

## Checkout

Pro is sold through Waffo Pancake. Checkout sessions are created
server-side; agents should not attempt to forge or replay them. To buy:

1. Sign in at <https://nexusshell.app/> (create an account if needed).
2. Click **立即购买 / Buy Pro** in the pricing card.
3. Complete payment in the Waffo-hosted checkout page.
4. The Pro grant is applied via webhook usually within seconds.

If the grant doesn't appear within a few minutes after a successful
payment, contact <support@nexusshell.app>.

## Refunds

Digital product, generally non-refundable after activation. EU buyers
retain a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal **until they begin using
